    Job Title: Parts Manager

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of parts procurement, inventory management, and shop support. This role is critical to keeping our workflow efficient and ensuring our technicians have the correct parts when they need them.

    The ideal candidate has extensive experience sourcing not only OEM parts, but also performance and aftermarket components across a wide range of vehicles. A strong working knowledge of both modern and older platforms—foreign and domestic—is essential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage repair estimates by sourcing accurate parts pricing and availability

    • Strategically source parts by comparing multiple suppliers to balance cost, quality, availability, and profitability

    • Source and procure OEM, performance, and aftermarket parts with a high degree of accuracy

    • Research and verify part compatibility across a wide range of makes, models, and builds

    • Order parts from vendors and ensure timely delivery

    • Manage and maintain organized inventory

    • Handle parts returns, warranties, and vendor communication

    • Complete local parts runs as needed

    • Verify part fitment and accuracy before installation

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts areas

    • Assist with general shop tasks as needed to support team efficiency

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience sourcing automotive parts (OEM, performance, and aftermarket required)

    • Strong working knowledge of both modern and older vehicles, including foreign and domestic platforms

    • Ability to confidently research and identify correct parts for custom and modified builds

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong communication skills with both team members and vendors

    Compensation:

    $45,000 - $70,000+ annually, depending on experience and performance

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled technician to take on a leadership role within our shop. This individual will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and performance work while also serving as a resource for other technicians. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, maintains high standards, and helps elevate the overall performance of the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and high-performance installations

    • Assist technicians with troubleshooting and problem-solving

    • Provide guidance and support to ensure quality and efficiency across all jobs

    • Help maintain workflow and prioritize work within the shop

    • Ensure repairs are completed to our quality standards

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

    • Communicate effectively with management regarding shop needs and job status

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in automotive diagnostics and repair

    • Strong understanding of high-performance and aftermarket systems

    • Leadership ability and willingness to mentor others

    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain efficiency

    • References demonstrating technical ability and leadership

    Compensation:

    $75,000 - $110,000+ annually, depending on experience, leadership ability, and skill level

    Job Title: High Performance Automotive Mechanic

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced and skilled technician comfortable with diagnostics, performing vehicle repairs, high-performance modifications, and occasionally doing custom fabrication. Comfort with a variety of makes and models of vehicles is a plus. While Master Technician certification or motorsports experience is preferred, it is not required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnostics and repairs

    • Service and regular maintenance

    • Installation of aftermarket upgrades and modifications

    • Light custom fabrication as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently

    • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

    • Relevant work experience to demonstrate your ability to meet our high standards

    Compensation:

    $60,000 - $90,000+ annually, depending on experience and skills.

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly by managing communication, scheduling, and administrative support for the shop.

    The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

    • Greet customers and assist with check-in and check-out processes

    • Schedule appointments and manage the shop calendar

    • Communicate updates between customers, technicians, and management

    • Assist with creating estimates and invoices as needed

    • Maintain accurate customer records in shop management software

    • Handle payments and basic administrative tasks

    • Keep the front office clean, organized, and presentable

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

    • Basic computer skills and comfort learning shop management software

    • Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required

    Compensation:

    $35,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience
