Warranty

STANDARD REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
Birmingham Performance Center provides a 90-day labor warranty on all standard repair and replacement services performed by our technicians. This warranty covers the following:
  • Labor required to repair or replace parts that were supplied and installed by our shop and have failed under normal operating conditions

  • Labor for diagnostic work required to identify issues with previously installed parts that we supplied

  • Re-installation of parts that were improperly installed during the original service

IMPORTANT: This warranty applies ONLY to parts supplied by Birmingham Performance Center. Customer-supplied parts are not covered under warranty in any way, including labor for replacement.

AFTERMARKET PERFORMANCE UPGRADES

While we stand behind the quality of our workmanship, please be advised that aftermarket performance upgrades and modifications are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Due to the nature of performance modifications that increase stress, heat, pressure, or other operating parameters beyond factory specifications, labor warranty coverage may be limited or void in certain circumstances.

  2. Labor warranty does not cover:

    • Issues arising from customer modifications made after our installation

    • Damage or excessive wear resulting from any track use (competitive or non-competitive), racing, or extreme operating conditions

    • Problems caused by improper tuning, calibration, or integration with other aftermarket components not installed by our shop

  3. Performance applications inherently carry greater risk of premature wear, component failure, or unforeseen compatibility issues that may not be apparent at the time of installation.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

  • Operate the vehicle/equipment within reasonable parameters

  • Perform recommended maintenance as specified

  • Report any issues promptly to allow for timely inspection and correction

  • Not modify or tamper with installed components without consulting our shop

CLAIM PROCEDURE

If you experience an issue with any repair or part we've installed:

  1. Contact us immediately

  2. Provide your original invoice number and description of the problem

  3. Schedule an appointment to bring your vehicle to our facility

ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS REQUIRE INSPECTION AT OUR FACILITY. 

The vehicle must be brought to our location for us to inspect and authorize any warranty claim. No exceptions will be made for offsite inspections or third-party evaluations. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing, vehicle rental, loss of use, or loss of income.

We reserve the right to inspect any failed components before authorizing warranty service.

​

This labor warranty is provided in addition to any manufacturer warranties on parts, which may have different terms and conditions.
